Try before you buy

PenSound comes with a free 14-day trial that requires no sign-up and no credit card. We encourage you to try it fully before purchasing. If you do decide to buy and later change your mind, our refund window matches the trial period so you're never at risk.

How to request a refund

Send an email to hello@ffiblab.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout. We'll process your refund promptly through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated and the app will revert to trial mode. You're welcome to continue using the trial.
